Mendinground Nutrition is a small team of weight-inclusive dietitians who are passionate about helping adults heal their relationship with food and their bodies. We use a non-diet, culturally and justice-informed approach to create a judgment-free space for clients. Our practice specialty includes eating disorders, chronic dieting recovery, and chronic disease management (i.e. diabetes, GI, PMOS - formerly PCOS, high cholesterol).
