We are a team of therapists who offer a deep level of expertise and training in the treatment of eating disorders, trauma, anxiety disorders, and depressive disorders. Because of our backgrounds working in eating disorder treatment centers, we have firsthand experience and knowledge of the severity and complexity of eating disorders and their treatment. We provide individualized, inclusive therapy for all, with a highly experienced team of evidence-based, trauma-informed, HAES®-aligned therapists in Virginia and throughout the country.
