Find weight-inclusive providers you can actually refer to
The Weight Inclusive Collective is a referral directory for weight-inclusive dietitians, therapists, and other related clinicians.
Search by state, specialty, insurance, and more, then send your client to someone who already gets it.

You know how it goes.
A client needs a therapist in Ohio who takes Aetna, sees teens, and won’t bring up their BMI.
So you post in a couple of groups, text a few colleagues, and hope someone answers before your client loses momentum (and before you’ve refreshed the thread fifteen times between sessions).
I built the Collective so that search takes a few minutes instead of a few days.
Every provider on here practices weight-inclusive care, so you can skip the part where you quietly wonder if they’ll hand your client a meal plan with a calorie number on it.
Three steps to get started
Everything you need to ship faster and scale with confidence. Each feature is designed to work together out of the box, so you spend less time wiring things up and more time building what matters.

Filter by profession, state, specialty, insurance, modality, and the populations a provider serves.

Open a profile to see how they work, then click through to their website.

Send your client somewhere you feel good about. That’s it.
For providers who are done being the only weight-inclusive name they know
The Collective is for dietitians, therapists, and other clinicians who practice weight-inclusive care and want an easier way to find each other.
If you’d never put a before-and-after photo on your site, you’re in the right place.
And yes, your clients can use it too. If someone’s looking for care on their own, the directory is open for them to browse.
The filters you’d ask about anyway
You can search and filter to find someone who is just the right fit for your client.
Refer to dietitians, therapists, intuitive eating coaches, and more!
From ARFID, anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, OSFED, body image concerns, ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, bipolar, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, PCOS, to sports nutrition.
Make sure they're licensed where your client is located.
Find out whether they take it, and which plans
Just a few examples: ACT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, MNT, RO DBT
Find out what populations they serve. Anywhere from BIPOC, families, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent.
Want to be easier to find?
If you’re a weight-inclusive provider, apply to join. Your listing shows your profession, specialties, the states you’re licensed in, insurance, modalities, and who you serve, plus a link straight to your website.
It’s free to join until January 1, 2027.
The more of us on here, the easier referrals get for everyone.

I’m a dietitian (MS, RD, LD), and I build websites for weight-inclusive and ED providers at Declet Designs.
I started the Collective with my clients so they could find and refer to each other, and now I’m opening it up to the rest of the field.
I mean, we’re already sending each other clients. This just makes it a lot less chaotic.
